Our services

  • Dewatering of municipal, industrial, and mixed sludge using our own mobile equipment
  • Execution at small, medium, and large wastewater treatment plants
  • Adaptation to various on-site technological systems (e.g. storage tanks, belt filter presses, centrifuges)
  • Option for regular or one-time implementation upon agreement
  • Environmental consulting on sludge management and disposal

Benefits of dehydration

  • Sludge volume reduction up to 90%
Mechanical dewatering significantly reduces sludge volume and the costs of further treatment and disposal.
  • Lower costs
With reduced volume, the costs of transport and final treatment of sludge decrease
  • Fast and uninterrupted execution
The dewatering process is performed on-site using our mobile equipment – without interrupting your processes.
  • No capital investment
We provide the entire service with our own equipment – you don’t bear any purchase or maintenance costs.

Dewatering Process

1
Delivery of Mobile Unit
The mobile sludge dewatering unit is delivered to your location and connected to the existing infrastructure (sludge storage tank).
2
Dewatering Procedure
Sludge is pumped into the mobile unit, where it is mixed with a flocculant to improve separation of sludge and water. This is followed by thickening and pressing with a belt filter press. The resulting sludge cake is conveyed into a container for disposal.
3
Management of Filtrate Water
The filtrate water is returned to the treatment plant for further processing.
